Leave the A12 Motorway at Matran and continue in the direction of Fribourg (using the country road called Route de la Bagne).

At the first round-about keep driving straight (passing the Skoda dealership on the left).

After mounting the hill keep driving straight (Route de Villars-sur-Glâne).

At the end of the right section of the road change into the left lane (Route de l'Ecole, with the sign indicating "Administration").

After approximately 200 m turn right (Route du Creux Dorand).

Number 10B is located on the right before the next left turn.
